Tuesday, Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm. Beginners welcome.
This class is for both adults and high school students. You will learn all aspects of Kyokushin Karate: movement, self-defence and kata. You will develop power, strength and reaction time through pad work, sparring practice and full contact fight training. Additional fight training is also available for students that want to enter full-contact tournaments or improve their sparring.
