All levels are welcome – suitable for beginners to advanced fighters. This class is designed to prepare students for competitive fighting and improve kumite skills for grading sparring. You will be motivated to train hard and be pushed to your own personal limit. Fight training involves pad work, kumite drills, sparring, strength and stamina training. It is an all round, full body workout!
