Age 7yrs+ Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4.30-5.30pm
Not just kids karate classes, this class is for everyone in the family! In this class you will learn basic strikes, blocks and kicks. The class will also introduce the other aspects of Kyokushin Karate that will be taught in the Advanced Family Class.
Teaching is aimed at primary school children’s level with a focus on having fun while learning. Adults and teenagers are also welcome to join. Come along, develop self-confidence, play games, and learn something new as a family.
